This week’s content is a result of a conversation I had last week with another podcaster and interviewer – Einav Avni of Healing Conversations. You can find her on YouTube, along with our conversation together.
The essence of our conversation was that healing isn’t about fixing yourself or staying high-vibe. It’s about removing everything that isn’t you from who you think you are and starting to move like the person you know you are.
What Becoming Soul’d Actually Means
Becoming Soul’d is the process of living from your essence instead of your survival patterns. It’s when your body, your truth and your life stop fighting each other, and you start to live in coherence.
It’s about integrity, internal integrity. Because when you can maintain internal coherence and integrity within your inner world, your outer world starts to reflect exactly that.
Healing essentially happens when self-abandonment ends. And Soul’d is a pathway to that end result.
I like to think that I personally became Soul’d. Not only is it my brand, it’s a reflection of my essence.
And I want to start by saying this:
My journey up to this point had nothing to do with fixing myself.
It had nothing to do with becoming “better.”
It was only ever about becoming truer.
And what I’ve learned is this:
Healing happens when you stop abandoning yourself.
And everything I teach inside Soul’d comes back to that truth.
When I say Becoming Soul’d, I’m not talking about an identity.
I’m talking about a process of alignment.
Becoming Soul’d is what happens when: your inner world and your outer world stop being at odds, your body no longer has to brace against the life you’re living, and your decisions come from truth instead of survival.
For a long time, I thought healing meant understanding myself more.
More insight.
More awareness.
More tools.
But insight without integrity doesn’t heal the body.
What heals is internal consistency which is when how you live matches who you are.
Becoming Soul’d is the moment you stop trying to manage yourself… and start relating to yourself with honesty.
And that’s when things start to change — not all at once, but for real.
When I first started my business, I hustled my tail off and I subscribed to an old paradigm of marketing which encompasses force and pressure and tactics. It’s heavy on performance.
This is where The Marketing Methods was born. I craved a new way of marketing myself, and so I created The L.I.F.E. Method, The S.O.U.L. Method and The L.O.V.E. Method – roadmaps of self-discovery so that you can not only get to the truth of the transformation you provide, but so that you can build a sustainable structure that is your marketing strategy.
But something else was needed that required even more healing on my end, and that was my capacity to show up as the identity I needed to embody in order to bring this calling to life. I couldn’t function as the leader of my business in the version of myself that I used to be – the people pleaser, the one with limited boundaries, the one who was afraid of visibility, the one who hid and who blamed everyone and everything for her circumstances. This version of me was heavily led by my ego.
I had to return to my essence in a deeper way. I had to release all of the pain, patterns and programming that kept me stuck. I had to start being really honest with myself.
How My Inner Healing Changed My Outer World
Here’s what I noticed as I stopped abandoning myself:
- My body softened. It stopped resisting. It started moving based on resonance, not force. Not because life got easier, but because I stopped forcing myself through what wasn’t true.
- My nervous system didn’t need motivation anymore. It needed permission to be honest. Internal consistency had replaced anxiety and collapse and drama. When I started to show up honestly and in integrity and remained consistent with that, I began to feel more coherence within myself.
- And slowly, my outer world began to reorganize:
- Relationships that required self-betrayal fell away. Any relationship that asked me to be someone else became less complicated or simply dissolved, without drama
- Decisions became clearer, faster, cleaner. As I was making decisions day in and day out I instantly felt what was aligned for me and what wasn’t, and what wasn’t came with zero regrets and no second guessing
- Money stopped feeling chaotic and started feeling responsive, so my finances shifted into something manageable and in a state of consistent growth. I was able to afford what I needed and wanted over time as I was building internal capacity via internal consistency.
- Parenting became easier and I had more control. Maintaining a peaceful and calm household became the standard, and my kids became more obedient and respectful – not out of force, but because energetically they felt safer being led by me. We had stronger and truer conversations. I could tell that more insights and modeling were landing within them. And I could tell that they could trust me more.
- My business stopped feeling like pressure and started feeling like expression. I started to love showing up for my business. I loved being visible. Every opportunity that came my way instantly felt right or wrong, and I followed through accordingly. It got to a point where I wasn’t chasing clients anymore but actually qualifying them in order for them to work with me and experience that 1:1 access.
- My time, energy and effort were all essentially synchronized, which created this steady sensation of calm and peace. That’s how I know I was moving in coherence.
This is important:
Alignment isn’t a mindset.
It’s a physiological state. It’s a standard.
Your body knows when you are living a lie, and it knows when you’re living in truth.
When you’re moving with your essence leading the way, you are essentially moving as the expansive version of you. This means you are actively choosing to invest in experiences, places, people, things, etc. that amplify that expansion… that do not keep you stagnant and small, but that keep you alive and aligned.
That’s what Becoming Soul’d gave me, and why I built my work around it, and my goal is for others to experience this.
Why Healing Stalls for So Many People
This is where I want to gently disrupt something. There’s currently, in my opinion, an epidemic of stuckness within the entrepreneurial communities, particularly those entrepreneurs who feel as though their work is their calling.
Part of it is that they have subscribed to an old and outdated paradigm of marketing, which none of us would be aligned to.
The other part of it is deeper. The stuckness comes from three potential situations.
- Many people are living in a perpetual state of trying to fix themselves and heal themselves so that they can finally move forward once they’ve “arrived.” However, you don’t arrive at your truth; you journey within it.
- Many people have intellectualized healing so much so that they have forgotten that healing is not a fundamentally intellectual process, it is a relational process, where you prioritize your healing around how you relate to yourself, to your truth.
- Many people are also not radically honest with themselves about personal integrity, responsibility and capacity. They are still in performance mode and not yet accepting anything close to truth.
Obviously these three situations can create stuckness, but they all stem from one common root: Most people are trying to heal, to build businesses, to create their desired lives while also continuing to live in ways that contradict their truth.
They meditate…
They journal…
They do all the rituals…
But they keep saying yes when their body says no.
They keep overgiving. They keep overriding themselves.
They keep performing alignment instead of living it.
And the nervous system doesn’t respond to intention. It doesn’t respond to a never-ending series of affirmations. It responds to consistently moving in integrity.
So healing stalls, not because they’re broken, but because the body doesn’t feel safe yet.
Again: Healing happens when you stop abandoning yourself. That’s not a belief. It’s biology.
The Soul’d Approach: My Core Philosophy
The Soul’d approach isn’t about chasing outcomes.
I don’t teach people how to get what they want. I teach them how to become internally congruent.
Because when you are, your energy stabilizes, your capacity expands, and your decisions stop leaking power.
And life starts responding, not dramatically, but accurately.
Soul’d is essence-led. It’s slow where it needs to be. It’s decisive where it matters. And it honors this truth: You don’t need to become someone new to heal. You need to stop leaving yourself behind.
How to Approach the Soul’d Work
If you’re listening and thinking, “Okay… I feel this. Where do I begin?”
Here’s how I recommend approaching the Soul’d work.
Inside my work, there are multiple ways to engage — and this matters.
The E-Book: This is an entry point. It’s a 100-page e-book with workbooks and integrative prompts featuring both The Marketing Methods and The Manifesting Methods as journeys of self-discovery. It’s for resonance and orientation.
The Marketing Methods Online Program & Membership: This is for those who want to build visibility, business, and expression without abandoning themselves. This is strategy that’s rooted in your essence.
The Manifesting Methods Online Program & Membership: This is about repairing the receiver via capacity, self-trust, embodiment, and regulation. This is about meeting your expansive self and stabilizing yourself as that version of you.
The Meet-Up (a 90-Minute 1:1): This is where clarity crystallizes. Decisions are made. Action becomes aligned. People leave with a full page of embodied next steps.
The Mentorship (a 3-Month 1:1 Container): This is deep integration — where inner work and outer structure are built together over time.
The key is this:
Don’t choose the offering that sounds impressive.
Choose the one your body can actually receive.
Closing Remarks
I want to leave you with this:
Healing happens when you stop abandoning yourself.
Becoming Soul’d is what happens when your life begins to tell the truth.
You don’t need to force alignment.
You don’t need to fix your energy.
You need to listen — and then live accordingly.
If this resonated, you can explore the Soul’d work through the Get Guidance page on my website.
And if nothing else, let this be enough for today:
You are not behind.
Your body is wise.
And alignment begins with honesty.
