You’ve heard it before…
All you have to do is shift your identity…
All you have to do is open up your receivership capacity…
All you have to do is rewire your subconscious…
All you have to do is calm your nervous system…
All you have to do is fill in the blank…
For a collective that actively calls out toxic positivity and spiritual bypassing, we have totally allowed ourselves to bypass and avoid the one thing that matters and completely changes the game.
I’m talking about your essence – the most powerful part of you, because it is you.
You see, if you try to shift your identity and force yourself to receive and play tricks on your subconscious and calm your nervous system down for just a moment, and whatever else the manifestation matrix asks you to do…
Guess what, you’re still the same version of you just exerting more effort and expecting different outcomes.
True manifestation is effortless. Because it’s based on your frequency.
But here’s the thing, we’ve decided that a high frequency means you can only emit positivity in your field at all times. That’s actually called bullshit.
The highest frequency is authenticity. It’s not positivity. Anything you’re faking is throwing you off. You’re actually dimming your light by faking anything. You can’t fake a frequency.
Authentic simply means true. Are you being true to yourself?
Are you speaking to the truth about your work?
Are you expressing yourself in a way that’s truthful?
Are you moving in a way that’s true to you.
Authenticity asks for truth. That’s it.
And as a result, manifestation is effortless because it’s alignment with truth… your truth.
This is the thing that’s linked to positive outcomes because you’re accepting of all reality, even the shit you don’t want to face. I’m talking about facing those difficult truths, acknowledging struggles, owning your BS.
That version of you who stays stuck, hidden and small was created by you for a reason.
It’s your survival self… A version of you who would meet your family’s expectations, society’s expectations and get by without upsetting anyone.
Doing this costs you your truth, and when you awaken to this, you begin the journey back to yourself – the truest version of you.
But dissolving this version of you is the hardest, scariest, yet bravest thing you can do.
Because it frees you.
You’re left with the most authentic version of you – your highest frequency, your universal signal, so that the Universe can finally meet you where you are…
In the version of you who is rooted in truth.
I can’t tell you how many truths I’ve had to face about myself… the ways that I used to cope, or how my ego would try to protect me, or my own BS that kept me stuck. None of this is easy and all of us want to be rid of it because it’s just uncomfortable to see it. We want to ignore it. We want to pretend it’s not there. We want to hide from it. You can’t anymore. Like seriously… you cannot.
I talked about this in the previous episode. The old paradigm of survival, fear, victimhood, contraction, ego, is dying. It’s not a question of whether or not it’s going to happen – it’s already happening. The question is: are you on the frequency that blocks it or the one that lets it in? 2025 was a massive shedding year. 2026 will be a massive building year. 2027 is when the new paradigm is fully here.
If you’re truly doing this work, you’re not going to listen to the people who are perpetuating the notion that all you have to do is pretend to be a different person to get what you want. That’s not how true manifesting works. You can’t trick the Universe. The frequencies won’t match up.
And listen, I’m not saying this from a high horse. I’ve tried to trick the shit out of the Universe ever since I started to learn about manifesting, so know that there’s no shame here.
The point is you can’t just feel good or pretend to be positive all of the time. You need to tap into the truest version of you – your essence.
But you need to get there. It takes an inner transformation. It takes the courage to see and know and own all parts of you – the light and the parts of you that dimmed your light.
If you’re trying to trick the Universe, you’re just tricking yourself.
Today we’re going to take a step back from the manifestation matrix that asks us to trick ourselves and look at the one part of you that is true – your essence. I’m going to give you 5 reasons as to why your essence will always point you in the right direction. Whether it’s towards what you value, what truly aligns, or the right action steps to take, your essence is the ultimate soulpreneur compass.
Number 1: My essence focuses on the big picture instead of what feels like a big deal.
It’s only a big deal if you let it be. This is for everything in life that the world tells you matters. The world tells us that our value comes from what we have, our societal rank, how we look, what our clout looks like, all the ways that we can be perceived, our social circles, our financial situations. Your essence reminds you that none of that matters. Your value is inherent. You’re valuable simply because you’re here. And if you’re someone who’s putting in the work to see yourself, to know yourself, and to be true to yourself, you are maxxing your energy to such a degree that you are emitting the highest frequency that the Universe responds to in kind – authenticity.
Number 2: My essence focuses on what’s true within me instead of the chaos that’s around me.
Listen to me when I say this: If you had to endure big things throughout your life… trials and tribulations that would rock someone else’s world, guess what. It’s because your heart is big enough to hold it. That’s the truth about you. So while the world is in chaos around you… While you may still be facing all sorts of challenges that make you question everything, go back to the truth within. Go back to your inner world where you have control. External control is an illusion. It always was. What’s inside of you, that heart of yours, is all that matters and it’s all that you need to know how to move towards what’s next for you.
Number 3: My essence focuses on the energy instead of the effort.
What are you putting your energy behind? Truly? Is it your phone? Is it misaligned people? Is it habits that don’t serve you? When you put your energy behind what truly matters to you, it won’t feel like effort. It will only feel like alignment. And sometimes, we don’t know what alignment looks or feels like until we absolutely know for sure that something or someone is not for us. I used to be someone who would get so distracted with mindless, endless scrolling. That was my escape. Now I’m no longer distracted because I’ve decided to put all of my energy – mind, body, heart, soul – behind what truly matters to me – my body, my business, my kids, my family, my interests. Everything else is a waste of my precious time.
Number 4: My essence focuses on how I’m winning instead of how I’m losing.
When you do this work of returning to the essence that is you, you’re closing the gap between you and your higher self. You look at everything as if it’s for your highest good – every life experience. It’s all accepted. You build the winner within you by continuing to close that gap. If you’re a soulpreneur and you’ve been in a season of stuckness, like I have, let me tell you something. What do you think happens when you don’t stop? What happens when you keep going? That’s how you build a winner. The bridge between failing and succeeding is simply you continuing to get back up again. That’s it.
Number 5: My essence focuses on being the illumination of the path instead of looking for the next light post.
You’re the source. You’re the light. You’re the energy that everything needs in order to make things happen. That’s what makes you magic. When you can prop yourself up and position yourself to get behind everything you’re doing that truly matters to you, you become someone who’s holding themselves. The Universe isn’t going to carry you to success. You need to become success. Often when we’re taking these big leaps of faith, we’re saying to the Universe, “catch me.” But you can’t just say that to the Universe. You have to say it to yourself, too. You need to hold yourself. That’s how the Universe meets you where you are. It won’t carry you to success if you’re unwilling to carry yourself too. Be the light you wish to see. There’s meaning to that quote. Live it.
I want to bring us back to something I mentioned earlier here, and that is…
If you had to endure big things this year…
It’s because your heart is big enough to hold it.
That’s how much power is in there. In your heart.
Don’t you see?
You have everything you need right there.
When you do the work of letting your essence guide you, you understand your energy on a deeper level.
This means you operate day in and day out within full body coherence – heart, mind, body, soul.
And this means… You’re finally soul’d… on YOU.
When you put your energy behind everything that’s truly aligned…
It’s nothing short of magic.
This is the thing that moves mountains for you.
This is the thing that alters the trajectory of your life.
This is the thing that gives you the power for BIG impact.
It’s YOU – powered by nothing but the essence that is you.
You’re doing exactly what you were made to do.
You’re doing exactly what you were meant to do.
You’re doing exactly what your magic asks of you.
I always talk about the frequency of heaven on Earth.
It’s you, babe. You’re the bridge.
Build it.
Your essence is the foundation you need to go from pause to purpose.
