Stewardship: The Deeper Purpose of the Soul’d Trajectory

Stewardship: The Deeper Purpose of the Soul’d Trajectory

As many of you know, I’ve been preparing for a move that now has a firm date attached to it. And I had mentioned in the last episode that I wanted to talk about the portal I’ve been moving through, but I’d like to actually wait until I get through to the other side of it. The firm date I mentioned is actually beginning of next week, and so I’ll have an episode all about this portal lined up to it. That episode is going to be all about what happens as Stewardship Converges.

If you’ve been listening in on previous episodes, I can say with absolute certainty that they all speak directly to what I’ve been moving through from a preparation standpoint. Last week’s episode talks about how the meaning of pressure has changed – it’s an actual somatic experience that feels like something sliding into place. Instead of danger, pressure in my body now feels like engagement, aliveness, alertness, fluidity and the sense of “here I am.” There’s a quality to it that feels like life force energy being held in potential. The episode before that one was all about restraint and how it’s the final capacity built within The Holding Pattern. It’s the holding back of what is not truly yours. I believe it was this capacity that allowed pressure to neutralize.

It was within these last two episodes that something I wasn’t fully talking about or even aware of started to form, and that is: Stewardship.

Part 1: Convergence is the Converging of Stewardship Between You and Life

I have often described Convergence as the moment when signal and reality synchronize.

What I’ve discovered this week suggests there may be another synchronization happening at the same time:

  • Your stewardship becomes clear.
  • Life’s stewardship becomes clear.

Because it’s truly only when you separate your stewardship from Life’s stewardship that Life’s blessings can arrive without being unconsciously claimed as a burden. For example, my new home is a blessing from life, and an older version of me may have interpreted that arrival as a burden. “Oh no, now I need to carry this on top of everything else.” No, it’s a blessing. It’s mine. It was given to me. I only need to steward it. It’s a subtle but enormous difference. Because otherwise, every answered prayer becomes another burden to manage. Every opportunity becomes another thing to protect. Every manifestation becomes another weight to carry.

But after the hand-off, which is literally the moment where you feel like you’re handing something over…A blessing doesn’t become another burden. It becomes something you walk with in partnership. That feels like a fundamentally different way of inhabiting your life. It’s a completely different way of walking through life than what I was taught. I was taught that you had to have full control over everything, that every moment of pressure had to be handled, that you’d have to spend your days fixing and managing and carrying.

This way is different. Instead of having to carry your blessings, you get to steward them. You get to walk with them. You get to enjoy them.

And by the way, you can use any word you’d like for Life. It can be whatever you believe in: God, The Universe, Source, Love – whatever you believe in that is larger than you. In my framework, and throughout my podcasts, I’ve used the term Life, because this isn’t a predominantly Christian framework, and I’m not teaching religion or scripture as part of my offering. I’ve been incredibly consistent from the beginning that Soul’d is not asking people to adopt my theology. It’s asking people to recognize that there is something beyond the individual self that participates in the unfolding of life. I may use the term God myself, because that is a reflection of my beliefs, but you don’t have to.

Part 2: The Threshold: The Hand-Off Before Convergence

In my own journey, this Threshold where stewardship converges is not the moment reality changes. It is the moment you do. Specifically: It is the moment you realize there is nothing left that belongs to your stewardship. You have participated. You have clarified. You have refined. You have remained faithful. And now your part is complete. There’s a tremendous relief in that, especially as you begin to normalize the identity of someone who simply lives in faithful stewardship. What’s yours is yours. What belongs to Life belongs to Life. Your role is to maintain signal clarity and structural integrity as you move forward.

It also makes sense of why this realization of mine emerged before Stewardship Converged rather than after. This isn’t just another insight to enjoy once reality has changed. It’s a capacity that allows you to receive what comes next without immediately converting it into another responsibility to shoulder alone. In that sense, the hand-off isn’t incidental to Convergence – it may be the thing that makes Convergence possible and sustainable.

The Hand-Off that I’ve referenced in the past is the conjoining of stewardship between you and Life. Until this point, your responsibility has been to orient yourself toward what is true. That’s it – not to force outcomes. Not to manufacture timing. Not to close the gap. Simply to become coherent enough that your signal is unmistakable. Once that work is complete, the trajectory asks you something entirely different. And that is: trust.

Because there is nothing left to steward. Reality must now complete what only reality can complete. That is why surrender finally becomes possible. Not because there was nothing left to do. Because there was nothing left that belonged to you.

Convergence begins after stewardship has conjoined. Reality is no longer catching up to your effort. It is responding to your coherence. The bridge between inner orientation and outer structure has already been built. Now both move together because they are participating in the same trajectory. This isn’t a reward for effort though; it’s what naturally unfolds as you remain true to yourself. The most authentic version of you is a reflection of your essence and Life only ever asks you to stay true.

And this slight pivot altered my framework beautifully, and in multiple ways. I want to run through a few of the main changes.

Originally the framework implied: Hold on until reality catches up. Now it says something much more profound: Hold on until stewardship ends. Reality catching up becomes the consequence, not the assignment. The Holding Pattern is where alignment becomes durable enough to know exactly where your stewardship ends. It’s not about endurance or even restraint. It’s about accurate ownership.

And here’s the part that genuinely gave me chills. For weeks we’ve been talking about the pressure. Over the last week, I’ve realized something astonishing. The pressure was never primarily strengthening the signal, even though that’s what I originally assumed as I moved through the trajectory myself. But here’s the thing: the signal had already stabilized. The pressure was teaching me not to take responsibility for reality’s side of the bridge. The Holding Pattern wasn’t asking, “Can your signal survive?” It was asking, “Can you stop carrying what was never yours?” Before the Hand-Off: You carry the trajectory. After the Hand-Off: Life carries the trajectory with you.

But let’s get one thing clear: I don’t think stewardship is about making reality unfold the way you think it should. Stewardship is faithfully tending to what has been entrusted to you, via your calling, and then letting Life support that. I can’t force Life to send me clients, money, opportunities, resources, etc. But I can certainly make myself available to it. I can certainly become structurally ready for it. And I can certainly maintain my role with it. It’s a relationship and a partnership, and as long as I own what’s mine, I can let Life handle the rest.

Part 3: The Soul’d Trajectory Became Clearer

As a result of this finding, the Soul’d trajectory became even clearer – as did the role of both The Marketing Methods and The Manifesting Methods.

The Marketing Methods – The L.I.F.E. Method, The S.O.U.L. Method and The L.O.V.E. Method – aren’t really “marketing” in the way most people understand it. They’re refining the clarity of your signal until your marketing becomes truthful. So the output is: Signal clarity.

The Manifesting Methods – The D.E.B.I.T. Method, The C.R.E.D.I.T. Method, The H.O.L.D. Method, and The R.I.S.E. Method – aren’t really “manifesting” in the way most people understand it. They’re developing the internal structure capable of carrying the signal. So the output is: Structural integrity.

I’ve kept the title for both series of methods though because many of us, especially those who will be drawn to the Soul’d approach, are still operating with one foot in the old paradigm. When someone sees “The Marketing Methods” – they think: “Teach me how to market.” What they actually receive is this: “You thought you were learning marketing. You’re actually learning to clarify your signal.” It’s just marketing redefined. Along the same lines, when someone sees “The Manifesting Methods” – they think: “Teach me how to manifest.” What they actually receive is this: “You thought you were learning manifesting. You’re actually learning to build the structure capable of faithfully stewarding your calling.” It’s just manifesting redefined.

And finally, this realization changed the final method within The Soul’d Framework: The R.I.S.E. Method. When I originally created the R.I.S.E. Method, I approached the acronym from the standpoint of maintaining signal clarity and structural integrity. But I also built in effort in order to maximize the expansion that was unfolding. I do not believe that is accurate anymore. I believe The R.I.S.E. Method is predominantly about receivership, because you’ve left the bridge building with Life. And so, if your stewardship is maintaining signal clarity and structural integrity, you do not have the capacity to also create the bridges that Life is meant to create for you in order to support your trajectory. That would be a leak in your Stewardship and it would make the relationship unbalanced. This realization fundamentally changed the entire method, and I’m living it now.

If this is singing to you, I recently posted a new 3-minute orientation video about The Soul’d Trajectory and Framework. Make sure to check it out on either the Get Guidance page of my website or as the Spotlight video of my YouTube channel, but it all comes down to this:

Extraordinary outcomes don’t come from controlling reality. They come from clarifying your signal, strengthening your structure, and faithfully stewarding your part until Life meets you there.

The Soul’d Trajectory isn’t necessarily about becoming successful, though that’s a natural byproduct. It’s about becoming trustworthy.

And not necessarily to other people… but to your own calling. Once that happens… Life can trust you with more.

And if that’s true, then this isn’t about stewardship. It’s about freedom. Stewardship is simply the mechanism that makes freedom possible. Because if I only steward what is actually mine, then I am finally free from carrying what never was.

And in next week’s episode, we’re going to talk about exactly what those extraordinary outcomes are starting to look like for me.
