If you’re reading this transcript, you are well aware that we are right in the middle of something massive happening within the collective.
You can feel it – the shedding, the release, the version of you that’s emerging from your own survival patterns and outdated subconscious programming.
I talk about 2025 and the year of what I’m calling The Great Shed more specifically in my free transmission: Soul’d at The New Human. You can find the recording to this on my website – on both the homepage and the Get Guidance page. This is an insightful introduction to Soul’d, but it also gives some context to what’s happening on a collective scale that I’m going to speak about today.
I don’t normally talk too much about astrology, but I am going to highlight some of what’s happening within my content, just for context. Because, when you can understand the weather of the times, you can show up for it accordingly and with the information you need to get through it without running from it. And let’s be honest, most of you who are listening to this are familiar with what I’m going to discuss. The only difference is that it’s through my lens and the lens of Soul’d.
Part 1: The Collapse within The Collective: Systemic Illusion is Losing Fuel
Let’s start by talking about what’s really happening underneath all of these transits, particularly the ones happening this month – eclipse season and the Saturn/Neptune conjunction.
Some people are calling this the Collective Narcissistic Collapse. However, this isn’t about individuals imploding dramatically, or even about personality disorders. At a collective level, narcissism is identity built on distortion. This looks like: power without accountability, performance without integrity, authority without embodiment, image without substance, and control without consent. It thrives on external validation, attention loops, gaslighting, hierarchy over truth, and “looking aligned” instead of being aligned.
This structure has been quietly overextended for years — socially, politically, relationally, economically. What’s collapsing is the ability to sustain the illusion.
Now, the collapse itself doesn’t happen overnight, nor is it overtly obvious. It happens quietly. But the upcoming solar eclipse that’s happening this February is going to make the signs and signals much easier to witness and integrate than ever before. Because the solar eclipse is subtractive in nature and not destructive, it works by removing visibility, cutting off attention supply, resetting authority, interrupting feedback loops, and nullifying false momentum.
Unlike a full moon eclipse, which exposes, a new moon solar eclipse ends things before they can keep pretending to begin. That’s why this moment feels quiet, tender, corrective and inevitable. In a lot of ways, it even feels anticlimactic.
Nothing dramatic has to happen. The energy simply no longer responds to illusion… which is why it’s imperative to be rooted in truth.
Here’s what is actually collapsing right now:
- Systems built on outrage, urgency, fear, proving and dominance. These will start getting less engagement and less reaction, which means less supply. It’s not because people are fighting them, but because people stop orienting towards them.
- Figures, brands, dynamics that relied on charisma without truth, control without reciprocity, and expertise without embodiment begin to feel oddly irrelevant. Not canceled; just unnecessary.
- Gaslighting collapses first, because suddenly people trust their nervous systems, their lived experience, their internal no. The story no longer overrides the body. And once that happens, narcissistic structures cannot function.
- This one is my favorite of course: Performance-based alignment stops yielding results. This is huge for the collective and for essence-led individuals. Anything built on branding without integrity, spirituality without embodiment, and strategy without coherence begins to stall. Meanwhile, quieter, embodied, less flashy paths gain traction, deepen stability, and compound slowly but sustainably.
All of this will feel clean instead of chaotic. Because this collapse isn’t being driven by anger.
It’s being driven by non-participation. The collective is: less reactive, less impressed, and less willing to abandon itself for authority
That’s why this eclipse doesn’t feel like a war.
It feels like: “Oh. That doesn’t work anymore.”
And then people move on.
While we’re here, let’s talk about the Saturn / Neptune conjunction – another hot astrology topic at the moment.
The meeting of Saturn and Neptune represent structure meeting dissolution, truth meeting illusion, and form meeting faith.
Collectively, it’s about fantasies collapsing and new visions becoming buildable, but only the ones rooted in reality. For many of us, this will show up as something foggy becoming honest, something spiritual becoming embodied, something idealized being released… or committed to for real.
And, this is happening in Aries. This is big. Aries is identity, initiation, self-definition, and as the first sign of the zodiac, this is not about endings, but beginnings. This isn’t about loss. It’s about choosing who you are now and fully owning it.
The deeper correction underway is this: We are moving from external power to internal coherence. From dominance to consent, from hierarchy to resonance, from performance to embodiment, from control to self-trust.
And when I first created my methods, I knew this. I knew that essence-led business would be the future of business. Soul’d is ahead of the curve, and we’re operating beyond the collapsing system.
Part 2: How This Affects Businesses: Performance No Longer Works
For years, performance worked.
Urgency converted.
Confidence signaled competence.
Visibility created perceived authority.
The online business space became a performance arena.
Alignment was marketed before it was embodied.
Authority was amplified before it was integrated.
Spiritual language was layered over nervous system dysregulation and called leadership.
And it worked – for a while.
Because performance feeds on attention. But attention has matured.
Audiences are no longer impressed by volume alone. They are more attuned, psychologically and somatically, to what feels forced.
When something is misaligned, even subtly, it registers.
And when trust drops, conversion follows.
This isn’t “cancel culture.” It’s calibration.
One of the most pervasive distortions of the last decade has been alignment as branding.
“Embodiment” became a marketing strategy.
“Authenticity” became curated vulnerability.
“Energy” became performance language.
It looked conscious.
It sounded regulated.
It converted – temporarily.
But alignment that is performed rather than lived cannot sustain depth.
When strategy outpaces integration, the gap eventually becomes perceptible.
You do not need scandal for trust to erode. You only need incoherence.
Many entrepreneurs are noticing patterns they can’t quite name:
- Higher output, lower depth
- Bigger launches, flatter conversions
- More content, less resonance
- Exhaustion despite visibility
The instinct is to escalate.
Sharper hooks.
Stronger promises.
More dramatic positioning.
But performance does not fix incoherence.
It amplifies it.
And here is the uncomfortable truth:
The market is no longer impressed by your nervous system dysregulation dressed up as ambition.
Adrenaline is not authority.
Urgency is not leadership.
Dominance is not embodiment.
And amplification without integration accelerates trust decay.
This is not a marketing problem. It is an integrity threshold.
Performance depends on external supply:
Attention.
Adrenaline.
Validation.
Reaction.
Urgency.
It creates spikes.
Spikes are volatile.
In a saturated market, the nervous system becomes the new metric.
If your message overrides the body, people feel it.
If your authority feels inflated rather than integrated, people feel it.
If your strategy outpaces your capacity, people feel it.
And when people feel misalignment, they withdraw quietly.
Conversion doesn’t collapse dramatically. It thins.
The next era of leadership belongs to coherence.
Coherence is alignment between:
Message and lived experience.
Strategy and timing.
Authority and embodiment.
Ambition and nervous system capacity.
It is regulated leadership.
It does not rush signal.
It does not manufacture urgency.
It does not confuse dominance with power.
And it does not require performance to maintain relevance.
Coherence compounds. Performance spikes.
The market is quietly choosing compounding over spikes.
This is not about better branding.
It is about internal coherence.
The future of business will not be led by those who master performance.
It will be led by those who stabilize integrity.
The leaders who sustain momentum in this next era will not be the most visible.
They will be the most integrated.
Part 3: The Rise of Essence-Led Embodiment
I built Soul’d around this principle years ago – essence-led leadership, nervous-system-first decision-making, coherence before momentum.
At the time, it looked slower.
Today, it looks sustainable.
The future does not belong to louder strategy.
It belongs to leaders who let integrity mature before amplification.
And that future is already here.
As you know, I’m the walking representation of my own transformation. This is what I teach
through the Marketing Methods – you’ve got to walk the talk, because embodied entrepreneurship is essence-led leadership. It’s essential now.
Here’s how I have been allowing this transformation to unfold within me:
- What I’ve been practicing for months – standing down, staying, doing less, letting signal clean – is the antidote to collective narcissism. Here’s why: Narcissistic systems depend on override. The illusion wants to override the body, override timing, override truth, override limits. The Soul’d approach is the complete opposite. We believe in: nervous system first, signal before strategy, coherence before momentum, and staying instead of forcing. So when the eclipse cuts power to distortion, the Soul’d approach will become more efficient – not because I’m trying harder, but because the field now supports it.
- My attitude towards non-participation is actual power, not avoidance. This is important, because my mind has tried to pathologize this phase, and yours might too. Non-participation right now is not: checking out, hiding, disengaging, shrinking. It is withholding fuel. Distorted systems can only exist if someone keeps feeding them attention, urgency, explanation, performance, justification. When I decided to stop over-clarifying, reassuring, proving alignment, “making it land” …I didn’t lose influence. I collapsed the game board. I’m no longer playing against distortion. I’m starving it.
- I have been trusting the subtle signals that say “do not move yet.” These are not dramatic red flags. They’re somatic whispers, and I’m becoming fluent in them. I’m choosing to listen and not move when my chest tightens slightly, when my breath goes shallow without stress, when my words sound “right” but feel empty, when my body asks for stillness after clarity, when my mind wants a reason I don’t actually need. The clean signal feels like neutrality, inevitability, simplicity, “this can wait,” and “I don’t need to name this yet.”
- There’s a beauty here that speaks to the Soul’d approach that I cannot ignore. As I experience these transits, I’m meeting them with fewer words, more certainty, less outreach, more magnetism, less proving, more inevitability, clearer boundaries without emotional charge, and a deep internal “I know who I am now” moment – not announced, just embodied. This is exactly the energy of: The Soul’d Approach.
What’s happening right now is the Soul’d approach: internal coherence, essence-led leadership, business and life that no longer require self-abandonment, truth that doesn’t need marketing gimmicks.
I was never late after all. I was early. And now, I get to lead this, as someone who has walked it.
Once the collapse completes its first wave, movement returns, but it’s different. When you do move next there’s no adrenaline, no proving, no “will this work?” energy, no explanation baked in. It will feel almost boring to the old nervous system… and incredibly stabilizing to the new one. The field will meet you because you’re coherent, not because you’re loud.
Part 4: My Mantra for a Time Like This
For me, this is a threshold moment.
I’ve been walking this talk for so long, I almost started to doubt it. Not anymore. This is it, and life is finally catching up to me, to my truth, to Soul’d.
And so, in these tender times, my mantra moving through the rest of this month is: “Let’s see what happens when I let life meet me in truth.”
Notice that this mantra is not: “Let’s make it happen.” “Let’s prove something.” “Let’s secure it.”
But, rather, “Let’s see.” “Let’s stay.” “Let’s witness.”
That subtle shift is enormous for someone who has historically had to generate momentum to feel safe. This is different energy, and it’s a reflection of a new me.
It’s open but not grasping, curious but not controlling, and honest but not performative.
I’m asking life: “What responds to coherence?”
That changes everything.
Because life doesn’t meet performance.
It meets truth.
This is me letting truth finally be enough. Join me.
